Optimised collaboration through an innovative SharePoint intranet

Cerba HealthCare’s objective was to connect its teams through a multilingual platform. We structured an intranet designed to streamline communication between employees and make internal collaboration easier. Available in French, English and Italian, the platform includes a directory connected to Active Directory, allowing users to find the right contact quickly, as well as a document-sharing area and static presentation pages. These tailored features meet the group’s specific requirements while supporting more effective communication and better organisation across teams.

An engaging and fully custom design

Our strength lies in creating a custom design for every client. Cerba HealthCare’s visual identity therefore sits at the heart of this SharePoint intranet. We followed the group’s brand guidelines and colour palette while adapting the icons and modules to its visual universe. As a result, every employee immediately recognises the company’s identity. We also designed the interface to be attractive and pleasant to use, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.

A dedicated space for each group entity

With the SharePoint intranet, Studionet provided each Cerba HealthCare entity with its own personalised page. These dedicated spaces support document and knowledge sharing. They allow internal information to be centralised, highlight the specific expertise of each entity and improve the circulation of feedback and best practices. This makes it easier to share resources effectively and strengthens collaboration between teams across the group.
