Groupe Etam brings together nearly 6,000 employees across iconic brands including Etam, Undiz, Maison 123, Ysé and Livy. As a major player in the fashion and lingerie industry, the group wanted to create an intranet that would centralise internal information, simplify access to resources and strengthen connections between its teams. The platform supports employees in their day-to-day work by providing a clear, practical environment tailored to the group’s needs.

Elegance at the heart of the experience
Inspired by Groupe Etam’s visual universe, the interface reflects the codes of the fashion industry through a pink and cream colour palette, clean lines and a refined design. This chic and contemporary visual identity was created to provide employees with an experience fully aligned with the group’s values.

A template designed for elegant and consistent content
We designed a page template that allows the group’s teams to create content easily. Banners, text blocks, images, videos and flexible layouts can be combined freely while maintaining a consistent visual identity that remains true to the group’s distinctive universe.

A connected directory for finding every employee
Connected to the Azure AD directory, this space enables users to find colleagues quickly using several search criteria, including first name, surname, entity or workplace. Each profile provides a photograph, contact details and key information, making communication and collaboration between teams easier.

The group’s latest news at employees’ fingertips
We created a dedicated news space for Groupe Etam, giving employees quick access to essential information. Content can be filtered by category to simplify navigation and highlight the most relevant communications. The result is a simple and seamless experience designed to improve the circulation of information throughout the group.
