Promoting internal mobility

Studionet worked with Transdev to provide the group with a SharePoint intranet designed to encourage internal mobility among employees. The platform supports the group’s Empower initiative by sharing HR information, publishing employee video testimonials and maintaining employee engagement. It also highlights internal career opportunities at both national and international levels. To support the group’s global ambitions, the intranet was developed as a multilingual platform.

The intranet also presents key figures and information about Transdev, helping employees understand the benefits and opportunities of developing their careers within the organisation.
