Groupe Monnoyeur Intranet
Monnoyeur is an international family-owned group with more than 9,000 employees, operating across the construction, industrial, agricultural and energy sectors. The group entrusted Studionet with the design of its intranet to centralise information, simplify access to resources and provide its teams with a modern and intuitive digital workspace.

A visual identity designed to support performance
Inspired by Monnoyeur’s visual universe, the interface features bold lines, angular shapes and the group’s distinctive blue and orange colour palette. The structured and dynamic design reflects Monnoyeur’s strength, technical expertise and specialist knowledge.

A template designed for clear and structured content
We designed a page template that enables Monnoyeur’s teams to create content easily. Banners, text blocks, documents, images and videos can be combined intuitively to produce consistent pages while respecting the group’s visual identity and communication standards.

A connected employee directory that facilitates communication
Connected to Azure AD, the directory allows employees to find colleagues quickly by searching by name, subsidiary or workplace. Each profile brings together essential information such as the employee’s photograph, contact details and job title, helping to encourage communication and collaboration across the group’s teams.

A centralised information hub
We designed a dedicated internal communication hub that gives employees quick access to the group’s latest news. Content is organised by category to provide seamless navigation and highlight the most relevant information.

A robust and fully customised SharePoint intranet
Using the extensive capabilities of SharePoint 365, we developed an intranet tailored to employees’ needs. Our work focused on creating a custom graphical interface and a content architecture designed to deliver a seamless and immersive user experience.
